In the January 2026 school holidays, Stage School Australia proudly presented an equally hilarious and heart-warming junior musical adaptation of Roald Dahl’s Matilda.

Matilda The Musical JR is the spirited, witty and uplifting story of an extraordinary little girl with a vivid imagination and a sharp mind who dares to take a stand. Bursting with bold characters, show-stopping musical numbers and high-energy ensemble moments, the production celebrates the power of imagination, friendship and standing up for what’s right.
