Key Responsibilities

• Create platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube
• Attend and capture content at productions, performances, rehearsals, classes and events
• Produce short-form video content optimised for TikTok and Meta
• Create simple static assets/infographic content using templates and brand guidelines
• Schedule and publish content in line with campaign timelines and content calendars
• Monitor and respond to messages/comments, escalating when required
• Support marketing campaigns and contribute to reporting and performance insights
• Maintain accurate content plans, workflows and deadlines using tools such as Monday.com and shared calendars

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from suitable applicants to take on Voice teaching shifts across Melbourne's eastern, north-eastern and bayside suburbs, with opportunities available at Bundoora, Camberwell, Malvern and Sandringham.

The successful applicants will have:

• Tertiary voice/singing/drama/dance training, or equivalent professional experience (i.e. significant other voice/instrumental training, performance experience, etc.)
• Confident and proficient piano skills to teach and accompany students in rehearsals (voice/singing teachers only)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
• Teaching experience, or natural aptitude
• A good rapport with children and young people
• A current Working With Children Check

We are currently seeking a professional with approximately 2-3 years of experience in generalist HR to work in a part-time role (3 days a week - Mon, Tues and Fri/salary pro-rata) across two head office sites in Coburg and Coburg North and to visit other sites as required across Melbourne and Brisbane.

• Experience in compliance administration, child safety, WHS, risk (highly desired).

We are looking to appoint a permanent part-time Venue Manager to act in the role of brand ambassador for Stage School as well as provide a safe, friendly and informed experience for our students and families whilst managing our rehearsal venues (these are primarily conducted at high schools).
