How To Join
Auditions Now Open | Brisbane & Melbourne
Joining Stage School Australia is easy! Our intake runs from October to March and April to August each year.
Based on the audition, students will be offered a place in the most appropriate Stage School class.
Stage School rehearsal directors will lead a variety of activities in drama, song and dance – no preparation is required for any of these activities.
Our audition activities have been chosen because they are simple enough for inexperienced students to participate fully, yet allow more experienced students to demonstrate their training and ability.
If you are auditioning, remember:
Enjoy yourself! The audition is full of fun, group activities.
Our audition activities are simple. If you have a lot of previous performing arts experience, make sure you join in to the best of your abilities and show the audition panel what you can do.
Don’t worry if you have never done anything like this before. Lots of young people audition for us without any previous performing experience
