Camera & Screening Acting Short Courses

TCA’s Short Courses are a great way for young people to gain intensive, concentrated learning in Screen Acting techniques.  With personalised classes in groups of no more than 14, these weekly sessions provide specific instruction in particular areas of acting.  These classes are great for both Drama and Musical Theatre students to learn more of what it takes to succeed on the large and small screens!

These courses are open to everyone – you do not have to be a TCA member or Stage School Australia student to participate.

Casting Workshops and Consultations

Members aged 9+ are invited to attend one casting workshop annually as part of their membership.  Younger members come along to consulations.  In both cases members work closely with both TCA casting agents and entertainment industry professionals to improve audition skills.

"Our daughter had a great time. She enjoyed the day and said it was exciting to meet an actor and hear her stories. She has never been in front of a camera and said it was a lot of fun!! As soon as she got in the car she’s said “ can I do another workshop next holidays please!"
