Hand sanitiser will be available on site.

All visitors enter the Amphitheatre at their own risk. While Stage School has implemented all legally required and recommended control measures in relation to COVID-19 including registering as a Tier 3 Event with the Victorian Government, by entering all visitors acknowledge and accept that there currently remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of COVID-19. All visitors are assumed to have assessed this risk of transmission, including through consideration of their own health condition, in making the decision to attend the centre.

The Amphitheatre Fairfield is an open air theatre, the stage and audience seating is completely uncovered. While this is the special nature of the performance space, there is a risk of unfavourable weather conditions.

While we will endeavour to implement a contingency plan and commit to going ahead with the performance, this may not always be possible.  We will not cancel for light/intermittent/potential rain.  So pack a poncho/raincoat and plastic mat to sit on if it’s been wet or light rain is forecast.  Umbrellas can be brought to the venue but should not be up during the performance.

In the event the director makes the decision to cancel the performance where this is not possible, a full refund of tickets where required by law will be provided.  Patrons will be notified by SMS.

Please plan accordingly for the time of day your show is being presented eg. wear a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen for daytime shows.  Bring insect repellent and a blanket or light jacket for evening performances.

Please have the confirmation email ready to show on your phone or printed out.  This will display to front of house how many tickets you purchased – individual tickets are not required.

After you booked your tickets you will have automatically received a confirmation by email. This email will usually come through in a few minutes but please allow up to 24hrs. If you haven’t received the confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folders.  If you still haven’t received the confirmation but funds have been debited, you may have made an error in your email address during the booking process.  Please contact our office and we can check this for you and make any amends (03) 8199 8344.

We will also send you an automatic email reminder 24 hours out from your performance date/time.

All events held in the City of Yarra are smoke-free.

About The Show

Presented by the Victorian Youth Theatre

Join us as Peter Pan, Wendy and Michael first land in the fantastical world of Neverland.  Along with fairy friend Tinkerbell and Peter’s merry band of Lost Boys, the trio embarks on a series of fun adventures to outsmart the evil Captain Hook.

An enchanting tale of never letting go of the wonderment of childhood.  Suitable for ages 6+

“Could not recommend this more! Fantastic interpretation of the classic story and beautifully performed by the cast. Had family members attend last night’s show and they were all super impressed. One regular play goer felt it was one of the best plays she’d seen. Well done to the entire cast, you are all amazing.” Audience review

Based on the play by J.M. Barrie.
Adapted by Robert Coates.
