Stage School classes suspended for the remainder of Term 1

You are no doubt aware of the Federal Government’s  COVID-19 announcement this morning advising that non-essential indoor events over 100 people have to be suspended.  To ensure the ongoing safety of all our students, families and staff, we will continue to abide by these directives and will therefore be postponing classes at all our Venues effective immediately (March 18, 2020) until at least the end of the upcoming government school holidays.

But, the show must go on!  We anticipate that we will be scheduling additional rehearsal time in Term Two in preparation for our mid-year performances.  However, as we are unsure of what the potential length of this closure at our venues will be, we will remain in contact with you as we monitor this unprecedented situation.  We will keep you updated, primarily by email, with any changes to our year based on the guidance from the Federal/State Governments and Victorian Department of Education.

For more information about COVID-19, please visit the DHHS website or call the Coronavirus Hotline 1800 675 398

Thank you for your support and understanding during this difficult time.  Our head office will be remaining open for all questions or concerns you may have – please don’t hesitate to contact us either by email admin@stageschool.com.au or (03) 8199 8344.

Best wishes to all our Stage School families!

Keep well and see you back in the spotlight soon!
