For over twenty years Stage School Australia has augmented its weekly ongoing classes with intensive opportunities to rehearse and perform a full production, whether on tour with Seussical, Joseph’s Dreamcoat and Once on this Island, or in Melbourne-based productions such as Spring Awakening, Wicked and our recent sell-out season of Les Misérables.
The progression we have seen in both technique, creativity and performance energy when performers are working towards onstage performance seasons is dramatic, and far exceeds the progression we have seen in simply studio-based training.

First Year Performance Intensive is a great bridging course between high school and further tertiary studies and for young performers wanting to refine their skills through practical on-stage experience.
You will come away from this year having 7 production credits, including a regional tour, on your CV including musical theatre shows, Shakespeare and cabaret.
